Julia was fabulous! She is so knowledgeable and really tuned in and identified some of my problem areas and exercises that can correct the problems. I've been having knee trouble for a couple years and she is the first person who was able to pinpoint the likely source of the problem. Not only that, but she was also more interested in helping me than in watching the clock. We went over our hour and she wasn't at all hurried. She worked with me until she was sure I had all the info and help I needed to succeed.
