If you’re like me were it’s hard to get motivation to go to the gym this is for you! a trainer comes to your house and will work with you whether you’re advanced or a beginner. The trainer is so nice and will help you be motivated through out the times they’re not with your either. They’ll send you workouts you can do by yourself as well. It’s an investment on yourself to be and feel better losing weight is just a bonus!

Julia was fabulous! She is so knowledgeable and really tuned in and identified some of my problem areas and exercises that can correct the problems. I've been having knee trouble for a couple years and she is the first person who was able to pinpoint the likely source of the problem. Not only that, but she was also more interested in helping me than in watching the clock. We went over our hour and she wasn't at all hurried. She worked with me until she was sure I had all the info and help I needed to succeed. I really appreciate how personable, knowledgeable, and helpful she is and she will be my first pick whenever I need a personal trainer in the future!
